Nathanaëlle Herbelin, born in 1989, is a painter living and working in Paris and Tel Aviv. She is represented by Jousse Entreprise gallery, Paris.
She obtained her master’s degree from the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris (ENSBA) in 2016 and was invited in 2015 to attend courses at the Cooper Union (New York).
Her work has been presented at several art centers (selection) : Bétonsalon (Paris, 2019) ; Espace Bonnevalle (Noisy-le-Sec, 2018) ; In Box (Brussels, 2018) ; Collection Lambert (Avignon, 2017) ; Foundation Ricard (Paris, 2017) ; Eigen+art gallery (Leipzig, 2020). She was also exhibited in Musée de l’abbaye Sainte-Croix (Sables d’Olonne, 2019) and Musée des beaux-arts de Rennes (2018) where two of her paintings remain in the permanent collections ; furthermore, her artwork has been acquired by CNAP, Paris, in 2020.
Recently she got several awards : Yishu 8 (2019) ; Alphons (2019) ; Matsutani (2020). She has also benefited from several solo exhibitions in Paris, Brussels, Beijing and New York ; she is preparing her first solo show in Israel, at Palestinian Art Center in Umm Al Fahem (2021).
