SOOKOON ANG
Sookoon Ang lives and works in Singapore and in France.
She graduated from School of Visual Arts in New York and resided at Rijksakademie of Amsterdam, ISCP, Studios at MASS MOCA among other residences.
Her main recent exhibitions are Inside at Palais de Tokyo ; Art Basel Hong Kong ; Singapore Biennale ; Paris Scope ; solo show, Mixed Greens Gallery, New York ; Asurdistan, OV Gallery, Shanghai; Future Proof, Singapore Art Museum.
her films and videos have been screened at major international festivals as Festival des films sur l’art in Montreal, Rotterdam International Film Festival, International Short Film Festival in Oberhausen and Friborg International Film Festival.
